Welcome to DelawareOrganics.com, the official website of the Delaware Organic Food & Farming Association (DOFFA).
As the newly elected President, entering into our sixth year is very exciting for me! It shows that a great foundation has been laid, and that we have established wonderful relationships throughout the state and the region. We have come together and supported pioneers in organic certification and nurtured dozens of others who are practicing all natural and sustainable methods of agriculture. It gives me confidence, as a consumer, to advocate on behalf of our members and future members.
More and more local families are turning to organic and all-natural fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meats, and more sustainable products in their homes. DOFFA is looking forward to growing with these families; linking consumers to available producers, providing workshops, linking producers and venues/markets, being a source of valuable information and resources, and advocating healthier, sustainable agriculture and lifestyles. Look for new programming, i.e.On the Farm w/DOFFA, and our displays throughout the state. Visit the web site periodically for updates, and consider becoming a member for as little as $5.00 per year.
